A monthly embodied practice space for women

Facilitated by Danielle Alana - Nervous System & Embodiment Coach

Held at Wellness Collective, Mooloolaba.

One Sunday per month | 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Next Room Sunday 7th June

There comes a point where you realise you cannot keep overriding yourself and expect to feel fulfilled.

You cannot keep abandoning what you know is true.

You cannot keep living disconnected from your body, your emotions, your desires, your needs, and expect to feel deeply alive.

And yet most women have never actually been taught how to stay connected to themselves.

Not in real life. Not in relationships. Not in uncomfortable conversations.

Not when fear, guilt, people pleasing, overwhelm, shutdown, pressure, or self doubt rises in the body.

So instead, we disconnect. We suppress. We overthink. We shape shift. We stay quiet. We stay where we know we are no longer happy. We abandon ourselves to keep the peace.

The Unsilenced Woman Room was created for women who are ready to stop doing that.

Not through another heady workshop. Not through spiritual bypassing. Not through pretending to be healed.

But through real time embodied practice.

This is a monthly in person room where women come together to reconnect to themselves, their truth, and their body.

A space to practise what it actually means to stay with yourself.

This is not a women’s circle where you sit around pretending everything is "love and light"

And it is not a space where you are thrown into overwhelming emotional intensity either.

This room is grounded. Real. Honest. Practical.

Because real change does not happen from simply talking about your patterns.

And it does not happen from one big emotional release before going back into the same disconnected life.

Real change happens when your body is given new experiences.

When you are in real rooms. With real people. In real moments.

When your nervous system gets the opportunity to practise:

telling the truth • being seen • expressing emotion safely • staying connected to yourself • holding discomfort without abandoning yourself • listening to your body • honouring what is real for you.

This is the work.

The Unsilenced Woman Room is designed to gently stretch the places where you disconnect from yourself, while also giving your body the safety, support, and grounding it needs to stay present.

Not perfectly. Not performatively. Just honestly.

Inside The Room

Each month the experience will shift slightly depending on the theme, energy, and focus of the room.

No two rooms will be exactly the same.

Practices may include:

embodiment practices • nervous system grounding • guided somatic exercises • emotional expression • breathwork • partner or group connection exercises • movement • truth speaking • self reflection • relational practice • integration practices

This is not about becoming the loudest or most healed woman in the room.

It is about building a safer, deeper, more honest relationship with yourself over time.

This room is for you if:

you feel disconnected from yourself

• you keep overriding what you know is true

• you struggle to trust yourself

• you constantly live in your head

• something in your life feels out of alignment

• you are craving deeper connection with yourself and other women

• you are tired of suppressing how you really feel

• you want to stop abandoning yourself in relationships and life

• you are ready to actually participate in your life instead of constantly disconnecting from it

You do not need experience with embodiment, nervous system work, or somatics.

You do not need to be “good” at this.

You just need a willingness to show up honestly.

What women begin to build inside this room

Over time, women begin building:

• deeper self trust

• emotional honesty

• stronger connection to their body

• the ability to hear themselves clearly

• capacity to stay with discomfort without shutting down

• healthier boundaries

• stronger self loyalty

• greater connection to desire, needs, and truth

• safer relationships with other women

• the ability to honour themselves in real life

This is not about fixing yourself.

It is about coming back into relationship with yourself.

Again and again.

WHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING

Your Facilitator

A few years ago, I started facilitating women’s spaces because I was deeply craving the kinds of rooms I could never find myself.

Rooms where women could stop pretending they were fine.
Stop performing healing.
Stop trying to be the “good”, composed, emotionally regulated woman all the time.

And honestly… my facilitation has changed a lot since then.

The deeper I have gone into my own work, my own body, my own truth, the less interested I became in polished healing spaces that look beautiful on the outside but never actually touch the real thing underneath.

Now, the rooms I hold are raw. Grounded. Human.

Women come into these spaces carrying so much.
The resentment they never say out loud.
The relationships they already know are misaligned.
The exhaustion of constantly holding everyone else together while quietly abandoning themselves.

And beneath all of that is usually a woman who has spent years overriding what she feels just to keep the peace, be loved, avoid rejection, avoid being “too much.”

I know that woman well.
I have been her too.

That is why these rooms are not about becoming a “better woman.”
They are about returning to yourself.

Through embodiment, nervous system work, honest conversations, emotional expression, connection, humour, truth telling, and learning how to actually stay with yourself when something real arises inside you.

The Unsilenced Woman Room is not about fixing you.
It is a space where you get to exhale the performance for a moment.

A space where the full range of you is welcome.

One room at a time.
