Somatic Practitioner
I did everything I thought I was supposed to do.
Climbed the ladder. Built the life that looked good from the outside. Held it together. Kept moving forward.
But inside I was deeply unhappy.
For years my life had been shaped by unhealthy relationships, betrayal, domestic violence, addiction, and a nervous system that was constantly living in survival mode. I spent most of my life trying to outrun how I felt. Numbing it. Distracting from it. Trying to make sense of it in my head.
Every time I reached out for help, the approach was the same. Talk about it. Analyse it. Medicate it. Suppress it.
And nothing actually changed.
I knew logically what I should and should not tolerate in my life. But knowing something in your head does not mean your body knows how to choose differently.
Everything began to shift when I was first introduced to breathwork.
For the first time I experienced what it felt like to actually work with the body instead of trying to override it. That moment opened a door I had never known existed.
From there I went all in.
I immersed myself in somatic work, nervous system education, and embodiment practices that allowed me to release what my body had been holding onto for years. I stopped trying to think my way out of survival patterns and started learning how to regulate, feel, and hold myself through the intensity of being human.
The work has been confronting. Raw. Deep.
And it changed my life.
For the first time I was no longer living in constant survival mode. I stopped needing to numb or escape what I was feeling. I learned how to stay with myself. To trust my body. To honour my truth.
And as that internal relationship changed, everything outside of me changed too.
The way I live. The relationships I choose. The standards I hold. The life I have built.
This work is not something I sit above and teach from a pedestal. It is work I live every day.
And it is the work I now guide women through.
I am a nervous system and embodiment coach who works with women who are ready to stop suppressing themselves and stop betraying their own truth.
Women who know something in their life is not aligned but feel stuck overriding what they feel.
Through somatic and nervous system based work, I help women reconnect to their bodies, release suppression, and rebuild a relationship with themselves grounded in truth, self loyalty, and self authority.
My work lives at the level where patterns are actually formed.
The body.
The nervous system.
The unconscious strategies we learned to stay safe, loved, and accepted.
This is not about positive thinking or forcing change through willpower.
It is about teaching women how to feel again, trust their internal signals, and stop abandoning themselves in the moments that matter most.
The women who find their way to this work are often the ones who look like they have their life together.
But internally they are exhausted.
They are tired of suppressing emotions.
Tired of overriding their intuition.
Tired of staying quiet to keep the peace.
Tired of living a life that does not actually feel like theirs.
They want honesty.
They want depth.
They want spaces where they can stop performing and actually be real.
And they are ready to build a relationship with themselves that no longer gets negotiated.
I created these spaces because I was done with the love and light approach to healing.
The idea that pain should be softened, spiritualised, or bypassed.
Women deserve spaces where their anger, grief, truth, and intensity are not pathologised or silenced.
You do not need to wear beige linen or sit quietly with mala beads to reconnect with yourself.
You need spaces where your full humanity is welcome.
Spaces where your voice can come back online.
Spaces where you learn how to hold yourself through the truth of your life instead of suppressing it.
That is the work.

My mission is simple.
To help women stop living inside an internal cage.
To help them stop betraying themselves to stay loved, safe, or accepted.
And to guide them back into a relationship with themselves that is grounded, truthful, and deeply self loyal.
Because when a woman stops abandoning herself, everything about her life begins to change.
