Devotion To Truth

A powerful embodiment experience where women uncover the truth they’ve been searching for, face what they can no longer ignore, and begin learning how to stay with it.

Facilitated by Danielle Alana - Nervous System & Embodiment Practitioner

We Gather in ↓

Saturday 18th April
8:30am to 12:30pm
Wellness Collective Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast

You can feel it.

Something in your life isn’t right.

You’ve been trying to move past it.

Make sense of it.

Stay positive.

Stay grateful.

Stay composed.

But underneath all of that…

There’s tension.

There’s resentment.

There’s a quiet knowing you keep brushing past.

And it’s not going away.

Because the truth is…

you’re not confused.

You’re just not fully letting yourself see what’s there yet.

This is for you if…

You feel disconnected from yourself or your life.

There’s an area of your life that feels heavy, frustrating, or quietly unfulfilling

You keep going back and forth in your head, trying to figure out what to do

You’ve been overriding what you feel for a long time

You’re tired of holding it together on the surface while something underneath isn’t right

You’re ready to be honest with yourself, even if that honesty changes things

What this space actually is

This is not a talk.

It’s not a passive experience.

And it’s not a soft “everything is love and light” circle.

This is a room where you come face to face with yourself.

Where you stop skimming the surface

and actually drop into what’s been sitting underneath.

You’ll be guided through a series of somatic and embodiment practices that help you:

feel where the disconnection is living in your body

get honest about what you’ve been avoiding or unable to name

allow the emotions connected to that to move

and begin reconnecting with what is actually true for you

There will be moments of stillness.

Moments of reflection.

Moments of expression.

Everything is invitational.

But this is a space where women show up for real.

The kind of room this is

This space is held with a very high level of care, integrity, and respect.

Because when a woman starts telling the truth…

there is often emotion there.

grief.

anger.

relief.

clarity.

And that deserves to be held properly.

Every woman in this room is part of what makes it safe.

Which means:

We don’t judge

We don’t fix

We don’t interrupt or override

We don’t minimise what another woman is feeling

We hold each other in truth.

If you’re looking for something light, passive, or purely surface level…

this won’t feel aligned.

If you’re ready to be in a space where you can stop performing and actually be with what’s real…

you’ll feel it when you read this.

What you’ll walk away with

You’ll leave this room with:

A clear sense of where you’ve been out of alignment.

An understanding of how you’ve been overriding or abandoning yourself there.

The truth you’ve been trying to find clarity on

The experience of feeling that truth in your body, not just thinking about it

And the beginning of a different relationship with yourself…

one where you start to stay with what’s true instead of turning away from it

The experience

This is a small, intimate immersion.

There is space for you to be seen.

Space for you to feel.

Space for you to actually move something, not just talk about it.

We’ll be working with:

somatic practices

embodiment work

guided self inquiry

partner and group exercises

emotional expression and movement

Everything is guided.

Everything is intentional.

Everything is held.

Your Facilitator

This work didn’t start as a business for me.

It started as a reckoning with my own life.

For years I knew what it felt like to override myself.
To feel something in my body and ignore it.
To stay quiet when something inside me was screaming that it wasn’t right.

Not because I didn’t know my truth.

But because I didn’t know how to hold what came with it.

The fear of disappointing people.
The fear of conflict.
The fear of being misunderstood or rejected.

Like so many women, I learned to prioritise harmony over honesty.
To keep the peace at the cost of myself.

The deeper I began reconnecting with my body, the clearer something became.

Women do not silence themselves because they are weak.
They silence themselves because their nervous system learned it was safer to override their truth than to risk what might happen if they honoured it.

That realisation changed everything for me.

It shifted the work away from “just speak your truth” and into something far more powerful:

Learning how to stay with yourself when truth arrives.

Because the moment a woman stops abandoning herself in those moments, her life begins to change.

Her relationships change.
Her standards change.
Her sense of self changes.

Unsilenced was created to give women a space to practise exactly that.

A space where you can reconnect with what is true for you.
A space where your emotions are not something to suppress or manage, but something your body learns it can safely hold.

My intention in this work is simple.

To help women rebuild an unfuckwithable relationship with themselves.

One where they trust what they feel.
Honour what they know.
And stop abandoning themselves in the moments that matter most.

Unsilenced is the beginning of that shift.

And it is an honour to hold that space.
